An unglazed bisque fired Dickensian figurine of the character Little Nell from Charles Dickens ‘The Old Curiosity Shop’. The Dickensian collection was produced from the early 1900s. Bretby’s realistically modelled details, surfaces and glaze colours helped bring these popular characters to life.
