Join Wild Minds for an accessible Yoga practice for all. Combining Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin & Restorative Yoga styles. Wild Minds will allow you to connect with yourself through asana and pranayama. These sessions are suitable for all levels with adaptations available for those with physical limitations. You can even use a chair.
