Wilder Together offers a calm, supportive space for unpaid carers in South Derbyshire to pause, breathe, and reconnect — with themselves, with others, and with nature-inspired wellbeing practices.

These sessions are designed especially for people caring for a friend or loved one. They provide time just for you: to meet others who understand the realities of caring, to share experiences if you wish, and to enjoy gentle, restorative activities that support wellbeing and resilience. Feedback from our sessions so far has been incredibly positive, with carers describing a strong sense of connection, understanding, and mutual support.

Our South Derbyshire programme is running until July 2026, with spaces on the following dates available:
