Sharpe’s Pottery Museum will host an inspiring and heartwarming exhibition titled We’re All Derbyshire, created by local pastel artist Melissa Speed. This showcase celebrates the unsung heroes of Derbyshire—individuals whose contributions to their communities, while often quiet and unheralded, make a profound impact on those around them.

All sitting models were nominated by their communities as people who have made a difference in someone’s life and the portraits will be gifted to them at the end of the project.

Don’t miss your chance to see We’re All Derbyshire at Sharpe’s Pottery Museum this June—an exhibition that truly honours the spirit of community and the people who make Derbyshire shine.

Booklets for the exhibition will be on sale in the Sharpe’s Pottery Museum Shop where you can read about all of the unique stories and take home some memorabilia of this wonderful project.
