Mum & Baby Yoga

Wild minds mum & baby yoga sessions combine traditional yoga postures adapted for postpartum mum and some for baby too. Looking to accommodate both mum and new baby, we combine postnatal and baby yoga, to ensure both mum and baby leave the class feeling stretched, revived and relaxed. We will use a series of different touch techniques as well as songs, games and positive connection experiences for your baby teamed with core rebuilding and relaxation for mum. Baby yoga has been scientifically proven to help with baby’s brain development, growth and self-regulation. So, if you have a baby under 9 months old this yoga class is for you. Session lasts 1 hour. £6 (Includes 1 mum & 1 baby – Charge is per child.
