Join us for a hands-on pottery experience where you’ll design and hand build a unique ceramic platter using traditional techniques and inspired by our museum collections and slip casting moulds. Guided by experienced ceramic artist, Elaine Lim-Newton, you’ll learn how to shape, texture, and decorate your piece using slab-building methods — perfect for beginners or those looking to refine their skills.

Once completed, your platter will be carefully dried, glazed (in a colour of your choice), and fired in our kiln, ready for you to collect and treasure after Christmas.
