Forest | Feast | Flame
Following a sell out tour of Leicestershire, Bål are proud to present a festival of open fire cooking, cocktails, craft beer and acoustic music all beside the campfire & set amongst the beautifully restored Sharpe’s Pottery Museum with its courtyard and kiln.
Our chefs have created a special menu using the finest local produce prepared in a blend of traditional and indigenous cooking techniques all over wood fired, open flames blending Modern European and South American dishes.
The ticket includes four beautifully crafted courses from a wide menu including desserts from our team of open fire chefs – it’s all seasonal ingredients selected right before the event but will include some incredible dishes such as lamb barbacoa, smoked pork belly and BBQ smoked vegetables. This is rather special with a guest line up of chefs and goes far beyond a traditional ‘set menu’
You will be greeted into our pop up restaurant with a glass of chilled English sparkling wine.
You can then enjoy a unique cocktail menu made using foraged ingredients created by our bartenders and served alongside craft beers, natural & local wines and champagne. (additional cost)
Enjoy campfire side acoustic sets under the canopy and stars creating an intimate festival experience beside our campfires.
