Dive in, travel back in time and explore these interactive history maps online, created by community-based museums across the East Midlands. Each museum carefully looks after artefacts, photographs and documents packed full of fascinating and poignant stories about past lives. We are all currently working with The Earth Museum to map a selection of their many treasures, bringing them out from the museum and re-connecting them digitally with people, places and stories associated with them in times gone by.
